All of our dates are of the “DEGLET NOOR” variety, certified ORGANIC by both the “US National Organic Standard” NOP, and the “European EEC 2092/91” (EEC).

Three packaging options are available under the “Phoenix” label:

1. SOFT DATES IN TWIGS:

Packed in beautiful boxes with andalusian arabesque graphics. The boxes are dimensioned to allow a loose arrangement of the twigs without crashing them. Twigs are hand picked and adjusted one by one like soft peacock plumage. This is the most legendary, majestic and noble display of our dates by showing their magnificence and offer generously the best fruit of the Sahara to whom shall indeed want to sample them.

2. SOFT DATES LOOSE :

This packaging is particularly suitable for sale in Supermarkets and general food stores. The smaller box comes with the same beautiful andalusian arabesque graphics and contains generously soft dates without branches ready for consumption.

 

4. DATE PASTE :

Rich in minerals and vitamins, date paste is very appreciated in the food-processing industry. It brings intense flavor to fruit bars, cookies, cakes, muffins and breads. Date paste is a condensed product made out of date extracts and of course 100% organic.
